Terms and conditions

These terms apply to bookings made on https://booking.zionhills.in.

Reservation

  • A reservation is confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
  • Advance payment can be made by credit card, NEFT or UPI to our official bank account.
  • Confirmed bookings are not transferable.

Cancellation and refunds

  • A confirmed reservation may be changed or cancelled only by email to reservation@zionhills.in or a call to +91 90192 31923. Cancellation charges:
    • Up to 48 hours before the check-in date: nil
    • 24 to 48 hours before the check-in date: 20%
    • No-show: 100%
  • Guests may reschedule their booking to any date within 3 months of the booking date, subject to availability and to a date convenient to both the guest and Zion Hills. A booking made for a weekday can only be moved to another weekday that isn’t a holiday.
  • Refunds are subject to the cancellation charges above.
  • Refunds are paid by NEFT to the person who made the booking and the payment, within 15 days of cancellation.

Responsible use and conduct

  • We need information such as identification and contact details as part of booking and to give you access to Zion Hills. Please make sure the information you give is accurate, correct and up to date.
  • Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our premises is strictly prohibited. Please read the booking emails we send you for the guidelines for your stay.
  • You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer because of unauthorised activities by you.
  • It is illegal to threaten, defame, abuse, harass, degrade or intimidate others, or to use explicit language.
  • Loud music can’t be played after 10:00 pm on weekdays and 11:00 pm on weekends.
  • We reserve the right to take necessary action, including eviction or reporting to law enforcement, in the event of misconduct during your stay that breaches the terms and conditions of Zion Hills.
  • Zion Hills is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages you may incur as a result of using our resources.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:30 pm.

Please bring one of the following:

  • Indian nationals: Aadhaar card, driving licence or passport
  • Foreign nationals: Aadhaar card or passport
