Cancellation and refund policy

In effect from 1 September 2022

  • A confirmed reservation may be changed or cancelled only by email to reservation@zionhills.in or a call to +91 90192 31923 that reaches Zion Hills. Cancellation charges:
    • Up to 48 hours before the check-in date: nil
    • 24 to 48 hours before the check-in date: 20%
    • No-show: 100%
  • Guests may reschedule their booking to any date within 3 months of the booking date, subject to availability and to a date convenient to both the guest and Zion Hills. A booking made for a weekday can only be moved to another weekday that isn’t a holiday.
  • Refunds are subject to the cancellation charges above.
  • Refunds are paid by NEFT to the person who made the booking and the payment, within 15 days of cancellation.
